Telisha R. Nelson
Au.D., FAAADr. Nelson is an audiologist from the Tulsa area. She graduated from Cleveland High School and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and her master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Nelson completed her doctoral degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology in Elkins Park, PA. She is a certified/state licensed audiologist and has been practicing in Tulsa since 1993.
Stephanie Lancaster
Practice ManagerStephanie is from the Tulsa area. She graduated from Charles Page High School and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Northeastern State University. She assists in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures; manages and oversees HR policies; maintains practice financials; and is responsible for overseeing claims and billing. Stephanie has been with Audiology Doctors of Tulsa since 2014.
